About our Blazers Program (U6 – U10 and U10Accelerated)
The Big White Ski Club Blazers program is an entry level program. It is designed to encourage participation, interaction and the development of basic skiing techniques and skills in an environment that promotes fun, safety and teamwork to children beginning at 5 years of age and up to 9 years of age.
Each year children who are members of our Blazers program get an opportunity to participate in team and individual competitions within the club. These events encourage new friendships, being part of a team while developing confidence and independance.
IMPORTANT: Children registering for the Big White Blazers or Try the BLAZERS Winter Camp must be familiar with ski lifts and be able to ski the beginner slopes in a snowplow.
