A great way to kick off the Winter holidays and Spring Break, 'Try the BLAZER' Camps are an excellent opportunity for your child(ren) to try our program with either a one-day or two-day camp. Children who have already registered in our Blazers program can book into the WINTER CAMP to practice and feel comfortable with the program before it starts in January OR to keep the fun rolling by booking into the SPRING CAMP after the regular 10-week program ends in March.
1 Day Camp: $70 (choose Saturday or Sunday)
2 Day Camp: $130
Prices DO NOT include a Big White Ski Pass for the day(s). Camp fees are subject to online processing fees of 3.0% + $1.00.
The camps begin at 9:00 am to 2:45 pm each day with a 1.25 hour lunch. The “campers” are to be ready by 8:50 am at the area between the Ridge Day Lodge & BWSC Club Cabin. Please note parents or guardians are responsible for their child(ren) during the lunch break from 11:30 to 12:45. The afternoon will start back at 12:45pm to 2:45 pm.
The Big White Ski Club Blazers program is an entry-level weekend (Sat or Sun) program that starts in January. It is designed to encourage participation, interaction, and the development of basic skiing techniques and skills in an environment that promotes fun, safety, and teamwork to children beginning at 6 years of age and up to 9 years of age.
Each year children who are members of our Blazers program get an opportunity to participate in team and individual competitions within the club. These events encourage new friendships, being part of a team while developing confidence and independence.
IMPORTANT: Children registering for the Big White Blazers or BLAZER CAMPS must be familiar with ski lifts and be able to ski BLUE RUNS.
