Dryland Training/Fitness

Our dryland training program will help your child prepare for the upcoming ski season, developing their fitness and athletic ability, learning new fitness skills that will help lead to a safe and successful ski racing season, while working on elements of personal development and team building.

The main focus areas of training, with respect to long-term athlete development, may be summarized by the 5 S’s:

  • Stamina (endurance)
  • Strength (general/torso)
  • Speed (agility)
  • Skill (balance/coordination)
  • Suppleness (flexibility)

Whether your child is new to fitness, or a seasoned skiing athlete, these sessions can push and inspire them to feel great on opening day and IT's FUN!!
