Dryland Training/Fitness

Beginning each September, our dryland training program will help your child prepare for the upcoming ski season, developing their fitness and athletic ability, learning new fitness skills that will help lead to a safe and successful ski racing season, while working on elements of personal development and team building.

The main focus areas of training, with respect to long-term athlete development, may be summarized by the 5 S’s:

  • Stamina (endurance)
  • Strength (general/torso)
  • Speed (agility)
  • Skill (balance/coordination)
  • Suppleness (flexibility)

Whether your child is new to fitness, or a seasoned skiing athlete, these sessions can push and inspire them to feel great on opening day and IT's FUN!!



Please go to your age program (link in menu bar above) for the club calendar and dryland schedules. Dryland training is available  and included in the season's fee structure, starting at U10A and older.
