U10A & U12 Dryland (outdoor)

• 4:30pm PDT - 6:00pm PDT October 9th, 2018
• U10 Acceleration and U12 dryland will be Tuesdays 4:30-6:00pm starting on September 11th @ Mission Creek Park until ski season starts :) Outdoors until mid October, then moves indoor (Indoor location tba) Please dress for the weather, with good running shoes More info to follow... Athletes MUST register for the club online prior to participating (for insurance purposes). Cost for dryland training is included in the season's fees for u10A and older.
