Hello, Big White Ski Club Racers, Blazers, Sponsors & Alumni!

As most of you are aware, our Ski Swap Fundraiser is fast approaching and we are hoping that you will be able to help us out again this year.

This year is our 49th Annual Ski, Board & Sports Swap! This fun community-building event is an opportunity for us to kick off the season and meet new families who have joined the club. 

The Big White Ski Club Swap operates 100% through volunteers; your help is needed and appreciated! 

All BWSC families AND Blazer Families are relied upon to volunteer for this major fundraising event. Remember for those who meet their minimum volunteer commitment, will have the opportunity to purchase up to 3 items Friday night of the swap (7:30-9pm, October 25).

Volunteering Recommendations:

• Blazer Families - Minimum of one four-hour shift. 
• U12 Racer Families - Minimum two four-hour shifts. 
• U14 and U16 Racer Families (Racers too) - Minimum three four-hour shifts. 

Anytime more than the minimum requirement is appreciated! Alumni, friends and family are also encouraged to come help out.

Each volunteer will be loaned a blue tee shirt for the swap which you are required to give back at the end of your shift.
