Dryland sessions for U14 and older racers (born 2010 and older) are once per week beginning in June. Regular U12 dryland sessions begin in September. Note U12 racers are welcome to join the summer hikes.

U12, U14, U16, FIS and all parents are welcome to join the summer hikes. Most of these locations include opportunities to swim in nearby lakes. The idea is to keep moving for a light but steady aerobic workout. Most of these hikes should be completed in 3 hours.
BWSC Fall 2022/2023 dryland sessions will begin in September on these days:

The Fall dryland program incorporates everything we need to be fast, strong, and agile to be ready for the ski season. Athletes are encouraged to attend as many sessions as their personal schedule allows.
