Information on Dryland Training for all of next season’s U10 Accelerated, U12, U14 & U16s:

U14-U16 dryland starts September 10th @ Mission Creek Park
Mon/Wed/Fri 4:30-6:00pm
I will be there at 4:15pm if you want to come early

U10 Acceleration and U12 dryland will be Tuesdays
4:30-6:00pm starting on September 11th @ Mission Creek Park
I will be there at 4:15pm if you want to come early

Look for the ski van parked near the grass area across from the washrooms.
